Aside, you'll find a collection of digital marketing materials I designed at Bryant's Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This isn't everything I worked on or co-designed during my two years at the office. The pieces shown here are the ones I created exclusively, with input from my advisors and from Bryant's Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Dr. Kevin Martins.

Each of these designs has been an important part of my career and gave me real tools to grow, both personally and professionally. The biggest thing I learned is that details matter, and that different people look for different things when they see a design. That makes it essential for whoever creates the material to stay flexible and adjust their creativity to the audience.
